How to reset my account password?

Resetting your MetroVPN account password is simple and can be done through both the website and the mobile app. Follow the instructions below based on your device:

Website:

Please follow these 5 steps:

Login to your account.

Go to the payment page.

② Click on "Account Setting"

Go to the payment page.

③ Click on "Change"

Go to the payment page.

④ Enter your current password and new password.

Go to the payment page.

⑤ Click "Confirm"

Password reset completed.

Mobile phone:

Please follow these 3 steps:

① Go to “Setting” > "My Account".

Go to the payment page.

② Go to "Change Password".

Go to the payment page.

③ Follow the prompts to complete.
